forum.openstreetmap.org: How to change username or delete account?

How can I change my username at the Forum https://forum.openstreetmap.org/?

Alternatively, how can I delete my account at the Forum https://forum.openstreetmap.org/?

In the settings there I see no way to do either of those.

First part of my question is duplicate of https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/51725/, but the deletion is not answered yet.
