When creating a marker, is there a way to automatically use the name of the POI as the title for the marker? Example: I want to create a marker. I click on the POI "Goethe Fountain". A new marker pops up. This has the title "Goethe Fountain".

Which website or app are you asking this question about?

www.openstreetmap.org doesn't really have "marker" functionality; you can create notes, but those are designed to help people map things; they're not "markers".
