Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

I have vector spatial information that I want to reflect in osm.

However, I would like to reflect multiple pieces of information at once, so I would like to ask if there is a better way.

If this is from a source other than your own work then you will need to follow the import guidelines to avoid your work being undone due to license concerns.

There can still be licensing issues even with public data depending on what conditions have been placed on its release. OSM allows more uses than some of the popular government licenses. There is more info on one of the import pages.
