You can add the lake and vegetation themsevles. Biodiversity and degradation has verifiability issues. This is more appropriate for an external dataset, based on or linked to OSM data. If it is signposted or otherwise indicated to the public, In particular, Thank you! Great answer, will do.

Just one comment: brownfield land can be environmentally very rich! Typical issues of degradation for land-based schemes could be treated using an appropriate plant_community. For water, although it has been discussed, I don't think there are accepted tags for eutrophication etc. It is well-worth mapping potential sources of pollution/degradation for watercourses : things like sewage farms, slurry tanks & pits, silage clamps, industrial areas and outfalls. Probably the biggest issue is that many landuse=meadow areas in OSM will be heavily treated monocultures of agricultural grasses (Rye-grass in the UK & Ireland) which often represent the largest loss of biodiversity across large ares of lowland.

Monoculture forest planted by reforestation after wars and fuel use has very low biodiversity too, not to mention vulnerability to diseases and pests.
