Connection to uMap with OpenStreetMap (error 502)

Hi, I have been trying to connect to my uMap account, which is linked to my OpenStreetMap account, but the message "502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)" keeps showing up and it is impossible for me to connect or to recover my works. Does anyone have experienced that or has any explanation / solution to this ? Thank you very much for your help
