appear signalling kvb & tvm on openrailwaymap

Hi ! The signalling kvb & tvm aren't displayed on the site openrailwaymap.org . If someone know why or know who can solve this big problem, let them do it. It's a big problem because in France, all the railways have this signalling, and even if the railway are tagged on the contribution's site, they don't appear. Thanks for every persons who will see my message.
