how to delete the bounding box

downloaded the “Provence Alpes-Cote-d’Azur” PBF from geofabrik then used Osmconvert to crop a sub region (lat/lng boundingbox) and save it as PBF then used Osmosis to filter out amenities then used mapsplit to split the cropped area into individual PBF tiles (slippy or XYZ tiles)

I would like to proceed as described above. But I don't know anything about this field What do you mean by clearing the bounding box? How else should I proceed?

Currently I It has only osmconvert and open streate data.
