Hello. The attached web capture shows a junction in Bradford city centre. This junction has traffic lights, although they are not shown on the map.

Could you also inform me how the route displayed on the map as a result of directions can be saved, e.g. as a GPX, or KML/KMZ file?alt text

Here is a wiki page about how to map traffic signals. You can use any OpenStreetMap editor to add this information. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway%3Dtraffic_signals

As far as saving navigation results, I think that would be a question appropriately directed at the navigation service you're using.
