I added: barrier=rope_barrier material=steel

There barrier=* wiki page links to a page for for barrier=cable_barrier which seems to describe these.

@mtbboy1993 Sorry this is the correct one. didn't why I have a typo in my answer. Might have been confused with barrier=rope. Where I know, they are called wire rope barrier, instead of cable.
