I wanted to get a historical dump of all the changes from July of 2019 at a specific location and was looking into OSM's historical dump. I can see historical dumps for other years but I am unable to see that information for 2019. Can someone help me locate this file, I would really appreciate it. |

The OSM history file contains all history. If you only need it for a particular place, it will be easiest to download a regional history file from https://osm-internal.download.geofabrik.de/ and then use the |
