Fix View -can not read menu or sidebars

Hello; This morning I was viewing a map and details on the side-bar about the village. I must have touched something, suddenly the map enlarged and covered total page and the side bar and menu information is VERY small..maybe 1mm in size and not readable. Need help to fix this problem or OSM will be inusable.

Which browser? Does CTRL-0 (zoom reset) help?

You have almost certainly changed the zoom factor of the browser: very disconcerting when done inadvertently.
