Greetings to all. I am wondering how to export openstreet maps without label, like the background image of this file https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Hong_Kong_tramway_map.png. Thanks!

There is no way to simply "export maps without labels", you will need to run some rendering software that generates the map according to your specifications - or you will have to find someone who does that for you.

Generally there are many ways to render your own map, the simplest - for smaller areas - probably being a software called "Maperitive". Search this site for "render own maps" for more. Once you've set up a software to render maps, you can modify the rendering rules to omit labels.

There might be some non-label styles around, or at least styles with less labels than osm.org - see print.get-map.org for a good map export web site with a decent style selection.

Another option might possibly be to run an SVG export from the openstreetmap.org web site and then remove all labels contained in the export.
