Good day! I can't log in to the app. You requested a password change because you forgot your old password. received the e-mail address karpova1977@mail.ru, entered the authorization password on the www.openstreetmap.org website and entered the personal account on the website. I enter the username and password, the application writes that the username and password are incorrect. I try to login with email and password, it says the same thing. I tried to re-register on the site. writes that the login and email already exist. Please help. I have many bookmarks needed saved in the app. I am attaching screenshots. Thanks in advance.

Maps.me has had issues with logging users in for quite some time now. The new owners don't seem to be interested in fixing the issue. You can write to maps.me directly to ask them to fix the issue. Many former maps.me users have switched to Organic Maps since, though. |
