Although the description of the location on OSM is correct, it appears wrong on the facebook page. In fact, it attributes the belonging of a mountain village not to the correct Region but to the neighboring region (i.e. Tuscany, instead of Emilia-Romagna). Numerous reports have been made, but no results.

You would have to contact FB if the data is correct in OSM. FB uses different data sources, OSM is one among them, and processes the data in ways unknown to the OSM community.

So if sth. is wrong in FB, OSM cannot do anything about it if it is correct in OSM.
