Dears, Kindly asking your help. Between Republic of Armenia and Azerbaijan there is a small Republic- Artsakh. On the map you have this republic is mentioned, even more (thank the creators!) there are mentioned the regions and a few city/villages of Artsakh. I want to understand what is needed and how can it be done to mark all the villages of Artsakh and streets of its capital- Stepanakert.

Kindly asking your help to explain. Thanks in advance. Ash. Ogoltsv (ashogoltsov@gmail.com)

P.S. If anybody can help in Russian, or in Armenia- thank them a lot. There are problems with English((

You can find information on how to get started on the wiki.

There are many cyrillic writing mappers so you can assume that questions in russian will be understood by someone. I am not sure there are that many armenian mappers. You may get more answers if you write in english, but bad english may not get any answers. The best bet is to ask in several languages or ask if someone might want to translate for you.

If someone want to translate my answer to russian or armenian feel free to do so.
