What is shown as Roman Chase Tiptree, Essex, UK

Should be Rowan Chase - according to Royal Mail, and the ordnance survey -

I have a disability and would be glad if another user would make a correction - I can supply further evidence

Hi, Actually I don't think that is Rowan Chase at all. The Essex map says Rowan Chase is the next opening (tagged as a service road) SE of where Roman Chase is marked. The road tagged Roman Chase should be a service driveway. Can you confirm this please?

I have updated the map. adding Rowan Chase some trees on the green and some some building outlines. This is an in editor picture that shows a background that confirms the name and the position of Rowan Chase.
