JOSM webstart asking to create shortcuts with _227860163 appended to it

In the past few months I've finally got round to getting JOSM working with OpenWebStart rather than the windows installer. Recently, both machines I use it on have started asking me to add extra shortcuts like JOSM_227860163 - I already have shortcuts in the start menu and desktop just called JOSM. Does anyone know what I've done or how I can stop it asking me every time? Thanks!
