They are termed spinning ring or something. There are 48 https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/playground=spinner instances you could check what that means.
There's a problem with utility=loudspeaker, as it's not a "utility. There are 2 amenity=loudspeaker, although it's not really an "amenity".
You can still use amenity=bench first for what's used for sitting.
