addr:flats

Forgive my ignorance.

What is the correct method to tag separate entrance's (with their own unit range) for a building=apartment; that already has address tags?

Example here. Has two entrance/exit nodes with the appropriate addr:flats tag.

Do I repeat the entire address on the nodes? Is the entrance/exit node correct or should it be type=gate; allowed access=private and moved to the fence instead?
