Norway Country Title missing?

Look further north - it appears Norway is in bits.

Thank you. Thats unexpectedly far north (similar to Russias title in the East), but its there. Could this be changed to keep titles more where one would "expect" it?

It seems to be a known issue. https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/issues/4241 Though with no recent comments
