Hi All, I uploaded some POIs I surveyed using OSM Go! on Android, and it crashed during upload. Having uploaded a second time I can see that some of the nodes are now duplicated. The location of the node is identical so they sit directly on top of each other on the map. I can only see them in ID if I delete one of the nodes. They are mostly postboxes, benches, telephone booths etc. https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/114565254 I can't think of a good workflow to identify the duplicate nodes and delete them. There are 220 nodes and the only way I find the duplicates is by looking at the changeset and clicking on them each individually and then clicking on edit and then deleting it to see if there is another underneath, then undo if there isn't, or save if there is. There must be a better way of doing this. I've never got the hang of JOSM Any ideas? |

You could use keepright to find the offending nodes and open them in iD. There is a filter for "multiple nodes on the same spot". The site's data is more than two weeks old currently, though. No clue how often data gets updated. |
