I urgently have to change some information on my recently created map, but unfotunartely the anonymous link doesn’t work anymore. Can anybody help?

This is a rather frequent question. Did you already take a look at the answers to similar questions? See for example https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/79757/secret-edit-link-for-umap-is-not-working and (since it looks like you are German) https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/82206/umap-karte-nicht-mehr-editierbar

Yes, I already checked all comments, but there is no admin contact mentioned and it looks like I would need an admin (for umap.fr) to help with the topic.

I can't copy the data to create a new map since the link to the old one is already published on flyers and can't be changed.

Try to contact yohanboniface (see the left panel and his website for contact information). He is very active in the GitHub umap-project.
