How to export track created with OSMAND from my iPhone to my PC

According to their website you should be able to export to your phone's local files. After that I presume you can transfer to you laptop in whatever the usual way is in iOS?

This utube video talks of sharing a track, email it to yourself maybe. This is how I transfer GPXes from a the Memory map app to my PC.
