Cities and towns in northern Greenland have designated areas where sled dogs are kept (in chains), each owner having a separate part for her/his leach with a storage shed for equipment and food.

They can be compared to agricultural areas, but being neither farm fields or meadows. Normally almost bare rock.

Good ideas for enclosing and tagging?

Way 993079211 is a very rudimentary example https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/993079211#map=17/69.21069/-51.08519&layers=Y

The tag landuse=animal_keeping seems designed for this eventuality!
