Pixel Coordinates wrong scale

Hello,i use rhinoceros 3d to open geojson file, everything works fine except the scale When i import geojson file the dimensions always bigger than the real one What is wrong? I use the equations from microsoft page and openstreet wiki, and i got the same result but wrong scale
