@elnur09 - this seems to be related to https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/81871/card-on-apache-does-not-open-apache-on-web-brower , but as Richard has said without any context (such as what you were trying to do, and what commands you ran to try and achieve that) no-one will be able to help.
