Wrong address on custom data

Hi, i have been importing custom data into nominatim, I am providing addr:city addr:country etc and a lat and lon, it gets into the database, I can query it but the address is completely different from what I have added. Any ideas?

There is way to little information here to go on. Please amend your question with an example of what you imported, the Nominatim version and explain what else except of your own data you have imported into the database.
