Hello,

This is in continuation with below two queries that have been marked as closed. https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/12810/kashmir-india https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/49587/indias-administrative-boundary-issue

In both the threads it was suggested to use http://openstreetmap.in/ in stead of .org link. However, this link is broken. Please help.

You may want to get into contact with the local community who runs the server. There are several channels (Telegram, Facebook, Github, ...) listed on https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/India.
