How to change location name

I noticed that name of the location on Instagram is wrong. To be specific the name of the city is correct but the name of the county is wrong. Is it possible to change that? The location is Kukljica, Zagrebačka, Croatia and the correct name location is Kukljica, Zadarska, Croatia.

In general Instagram does not get it's geographical names from OSM. You will need to contact them directly. Unfortunately I do not think you can anticipate a speedy response
