Hello, I added to new footpath and they also show up in the final map.

When I do start a navigation on foot, non of these path are used.

Can anyone give a hint, what I did wrong? Everything seems to be connected fine and all the roads around have no limitations. Navigation mode is set to "Foot".

Simply the routing applications take time (a few days usually) before they will use newly added data.

One of your ways, https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/968742853/history, was added an hour ago. The routing services linked to from the OSM website will need more than an hour to update.

Thank you for the quick answer.

Seems like I was a little impatient. Because the path show up on the map, I expected they'd be available for routing immediately.

Sometimes you can see that the routing engine isn't using up to date data by other means - for example https://www.openstreetmap.org/directions?engine=fossgis_osrm_foot&route=32.67791%2C-16.81438%3B32.67709%2C-16.81326#map=18/32.67774/-16.81320 shows that the road positions that the router is using for the southern road doesn't match the current location in OSM. You moved https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1970364651 a couple of hours ago and you can see that the router is using the old location.

(these links will of course cease to be useful when the routers have caught up!)
