How to plot multiple delivery points in openstreet map with direction

Hi,

We need to perform the following things in openstreet so we need clarity on these things,

We need to map multiple points in the map and directions for the same. Like 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10. We need to mention the direction from 1 to 2, 2 to 3 upto 10.
There should be an option to rearrange the flow of direction also. Like 1 - 2 - 4 - 3 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10.

It's not clear to me if you are looking for a router (then H_mlet's answer should help) or a means to merrily display points and straight arrows on a map background.
