i'm the owner holiday villa in camaiore. I've seen on the map that they put a public street in my garden and obviously there isn't. how can I remove that?

If there is a path there then it should be re-tagged according to what it is and have an access tag added to indicate who may use it.

If there really is nothing on the ground then you can split it an delete the part that doesn't exist.

Hi Micol,

InsertUser has described what needs to be done. To actually do that please locate your property on www.openstreetmap.org and press the edit button in the top menu. You might have to create a user account first. The editor opens a short tutorial that shows you how you can edit the road in question.

If you do not feel like doing it yourself you can also leave a map note at the location. Press the add note button on the right hand side (little speech balloon with a plus sign) and move it to the right location. Please describe exactly what needs to be changed. Be aware that it may take some time until one of the volunteer mappers reacts on the note.
