Hi, We are a team of 4 who studies AI. For our workshop, we must modelise in 3D houses in Belgium with open data. Data are .tiff with a precision of 1m. We would like to use data from OSM to do a better model. And, because it's open data, we can give back our job to OSM and MapBox (we can have the height and the form of building), for houses not already referenced. If we have times (we can dream), maybe we can use some aerial imagery (but, no Google, I had understand) to create an imagery recognition. A supervised work is possible. But, first, can we use OSM data for ou project ? How can we take hourses data from OSM ? ^^ What do you think about it ? Best regards, Alain asked 25 Jun '21, 14:43 Alain |
Besides insertuser's lines, please ask the Belgium community before starting the project just to ask them what the rules of quality they will ask to allow thw import. answered 26 Jun '21, 20:48 Hendrikklaas |

I suspect the precise licensing of the imagery you use will be fairly critical as well.
