We are planning to make an application as a startup to connect routes between people across different modes of transportation. Can people more familiar with the Open Street map platform suggest if it is possible:

People with e.g. a car add a travel route, hitchhikers set a destination point they want to reach.

Mapping out a route combining segments to be traveled by foot, bus, train and a lift by another user of the platform.

Bus or streetcar connections are fixed, but pick-ups change dynamically.
