Overpass Turbo code to filter rivers flowing into streams?

In Overpass Turbo, I am trying to filter some waterways, specifically, rivers that flow into streams (which most likely would be an error), so that I can inspect the area and reclassify and/or merge the affected ways if necessary. However, I do not know how to filter such waterways.

What Overpass Turbo code can I use to filter rivers that flow into streams?
