Hello, I'm maintaining a private user map (on uMap) for my online community, which has about 3000 people spread around the world. Users are displayed on a single layer. For each user, each pin on the map shows info in a pop-up table, following several tags: Name, Interests, Profession, Website, etc.

So far, I haven't found a way for map viewers to search for information within this layer. When people click on the "Browse data" button, they just see the layer, with a list of all the names in no particular order. No keywords added to the search box return any results.

Any advice?

In map properties, find something like "presets" (italian: "proprietà preimpostate): you'll find "filter keys": add the name of your column(s), in case separate by commas.

Having a similar problem - could someone please elaborate on how the accepted answer works? What does 'columns' mean here? Is it the name of the layer? Thanks
