Open JOSM with remote control loads data correctly but error is still issued.

I've just upgraded JOSM to OpenWebStart version. I'm opening it with the command javaws.exe josm.jnlp

From the main website if I use remote control it loads data correctly into JOSM but I still receive this error:

I don't receive it using Potlatch 3. Just me?
