How this system saves the changes I make in any project?, I need to wait for the Acknowledge system traces to download an image of the project?, how I could download a picture of the project?

Your question is not clear. What do you want to do?

I suspect that the answer to this question might help you (including the bit about coastline updates and rendering).

What it might be worth doing is getting in contact with other local mappers. One person seems to have done most of the existing work near you, so I'd definitely try and coordinate with them (send them a message through the OSM site - there is a talk-cr mailing list, but it seems to have had no local postings on it since it was started).

Some of the links from here may also be useful to you.

(I'm assuming that you're acktoto123 on the main site as well as here of course - my apologies if you're not).
