Overpass transactions.log time stamp

Hello everyone;

I have installed and setup overpass on my machine - I wrote a guide for how I did that for slackware linux, find it here. In the transactions.log file for overpass the time stamp for each query / access does not match my local time; I would like it to be the same as my local time. How can I configure or change this?
