Yesteday I called for an ambulance to Trudeslund 10, 3460 Birkerød, Denmark. But it arrived at Gimlevænget, which is the closest road, but there is no access to number 10 from here.

How to update that the routing should go to Trudeslund 35 (and walk from there)?

Trudeslund is tagged as a pedestrian road. A standard router for cars should not route along that road. I would expect that emergency services route disregarding such restrictions but that is up to the router not the data in OSM.

The second issue is that the building Trudeslund 10 lies close to Gimlevænget. Most routers that disregard the pedestrian road for routing will look for the geographically closest routable road as a destination which is Gimlevænget. Not sure if there are any OSM based routers that would suggest a multi-modal routing (drive up to the start of the pedestrian road then walk) as for example Google Maps does.

But then still Trudeslund 10 lies right in the middle of Trudeslund and Gimlevænget and routers might still route to Gimlevænget if it is a tiny bit closer. A solution for that would be to map the road or footways up to the entrances of the building.
