I went to run JOSM today and it said the latest versions of Chrome don't support Java - and JOSM needs Java.

Does anyone have a solution for continuing to use Chrome and getting JOSM to work ?

answering my own question here.... The problem was I let Java do an update - which basically uninstalled it (maybe because I had the latest Chrome??). I simply re-installed Java and all is good.
