Holes cannot be mapped as an element in the OSM database (since they are extremely volatile). You could, however, use the answered 16 Feb '21, 17:02  Mannivu |
If your aim is to report what you hope will be a transient features to the local authorities, you may find one of the uMap instances useful. They support custom icons and popup text.
