Add a marker to an existing xml

Good morning I use OSM for instance this way

https://www.rudyv.be/OSM/Map.html?map=VTT/Itineraires/201226V.xml

is it possible to add a marker on the displayed map without altering the 201226V.xml file ?

I mean by means of a parameter in the url
