I see various types of graphical history watching services by area (like OWL), but what about simple RSS/Atom feeds for history of objects - nodes, ways, but mainly large objects like relations. Seems like I am unable to watch large administrative border or a long river now without other map objects being included within my watch...

No, there's no feed for this kind of thing.

It's slightly doubtful how useful it would be to follow an individual OSM primitive though, since they are often split, merged, deleted and/or replaced. A more flexible system - such as a filtered version of OWL - would work much better.
