OK, so here's an odd one. I've come across a street in Liverpool that has two names.

One side of the street is called 'Townsend Avenue' and the other side of the street is called 'Gable View'.

How do I correctly name it on OSM?

I guess one could use the forward and backward tag name suffix system (similar to lanes:foreward, lanes:backward, etc.). So maybe name:forward='Townsend Avenue' and name:backward='Gable View'

That would appear to be correct, although it's name:left and name:right. Many thanks!

Plenty of those around, we have several in the centre of Nottingham. See @SomeonElse's map which shows the two names separated by a "/" https://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html#zoom=18&lat=51.350577&lon=-0.250476
