Name a lake that is within a reservoir

Hi!

I wonder what's the best practice about naming a lake that was integrated in a reservoir impounded by a dam.

Hi many times it is just renamed, but to be shure ask a local mapper or the operator of the reservoir. Or consider it to rename using old_name=lake or just use name=Lake Reservoir.
