You should be more specific, OpenStreetMap data can be used in various ways. If you want to use it on a Garmin GPS device, you should take a look at the wiki page about available maps for Garmin devices. You might also be interested in other things you can do with Garmin devices. There is also a list about desktop software and mobile devices you can use with OSM.
