This one is a trucking and transport company that I mapped. https://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=52.3354&mlon=-0.2936#map=16/52.3354/-0.2936 I used a polygon industrial and added name and description (trucking company) website and phone number and addresses are also needed. There are offices, maintenance building and vehicle washing plant plus area for truck and trailer parking. I see you can't see that it's parking.
In my case it's a insulation factory and the parking is only for the trucks that has to do with transport of the manufactured goods.
