how shoudl I tag bus parking base, when they are not in route.

this is a parking lot only for all the busses. this is not bus stops, and not bus parking on parking lots or or near buildings. but pure parking for busses. this is not a bus station.

According to the wiki bus depots should be mapped as landuse=depot + depot=bus.

It looks like the wiki doesn't actually reflect "how people tag things" here - see https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/tagging/2021-January/thread.html#58301 etc. .

Hello, Discussing a tag should not prevent to use it. If there is a consensus one day to change the tag, it will be easy to find all depot=bus around the world, in order to modify them :-) Therefore, I would suggest to just follow the wiki.

Thing is there are many articles you can read to "follow the wiki". Tags from industrial=depot and landuse=railway, to landuse=depot and *=vehicle_depot, are all documented. OSM wiki itself is also never complete as a work in progress, often reflecting certain perspectives or backgrounds. That's what people are discussing.
