Hi, I am struggling to find where to view speed cameras so that it pops up with a speed camera warning when I am driving along to alert me of nearby speed cameras.

Please always mention the name of the app. There is more than one OSM-based Android app.

Assuming you mean OsmAnd when you say OSM Android:

There are instructions for turning these on and off here.

Please note that turning them on is illegal in some places.

As for anything OSM based, the level of completion depends on the area.

Regarding speed camera warnings and OsmAnd: After turning them off, OsmAnd removes this data completely. You can't turn it back on, the only solution is to reinstall the app.

@scai Does the data not reappear if you re-download the map? It seems odd for that sort of deletion to persist.

As far as I know no, this setting persists. I haven't tried it, though.
